The Guacamayo Project (guacamayo-project.org) provides integration metadata layers, software, and a reference distribution that makes modern multimedia appliances easier to bootstrap when using Yocto. The talk will explore the aims, philosophy and future plans of the project, and the components and features it provides. The talk will be delivered using a Guacamayo powered appliance.
