Richard Fontana
Richard Fontana is Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Hewlett-Packard, where he is responsible for open source strategy, compliance and community engagement as well as supporting engineering in the Cloud business unit. Richard is also a Board Director of the Open Source Initiative. Before joining HP, Richard worked for several years at Red Hat, where among other things he was Red Hat's lead open source counsel. Richard began doing legal work in free software and open source as counsel at the Software Freedom Law Center
