Free Software Developer, my efforts in decentralized networks are mainly directed toward two family of projects: OpenWISP and community networks (Freifunk, Ninux.org, Battlemesh.org).

I have been working professionally on open source software for more than 4 years. I have written or inherited packages written in different programming languages: python, ruby, lua, javascript, bash. These packages range from python packages, django reusable apps, django projects, ansible roles, openwrt packages and javascript libraries. I am the core developer of a project known as OpenWISP, which is a set of software modules that can be used to implement public wifi and are widely adopted in Italian municipalities. I also contribute to Ninux.org, an Italian community network and have participated to the Google Summer of Code with Freifunk a few times, both as a Mentor and as an Organization Administrator.
