We present an open source GFDM implementation in GNU Radio. It is optimized for high throughput and low-latency. Future mobile communication standards in the realm of Industry 4.0 will require low latency waveforms in conjunction with high spectral efficiency. GFDM is a promising candidate to meet these requirements. Having an open source implementation helps researchers to experiment with this waveform early on in the process.
