Andreas Schneider is a Free and Open Source Software developer working as a Principal Software Engieer at Red Hat.

Andreas is a member of the Samba Team and one of the most active contributors to the Samba project. Andreas also works on other FOSS projects like libssh (a library implementing the SSH protocol), cmocka (a unit testing framework for C with support for mock objets), cwrap (a set of tools to client/server software) and csync (a bidirectional client-only file synchronizer).

Andreas gives regularly talks about his work at different conferences including SambaXP and FOSDEM.
