Mark Giesen
After years of experience in technical IT roles, his focus gradually shifted to managerial roles. Via team lead, technical project lead, managing consultant and business unit manager he became a general manager development and maintenance. This was the moment he realized that gaining and sharing knowledge give more satifaction than managing. Therefore he changed his carreer to education and is now lecturer at an university of applied science.
