Carolina Romero Cruz
Carolina Romero is a technologist with two decades of experience in information technology projects, specialising in digital transformation, open government, and networked interaction between administration and citizens.
At Localret Consortium she has coordinated several ICT projects for municipalities, with a focus on digital platforms for public participation. She is one of the cofounders of Decidim and is currently the product manager of the project.
