My curiosity about how things work under the hood taught me how many valuable tools are implemented. Later, when I switched industries, the very same curiosity pushed me to test if concepts I knew are applicable in this new environment to deal with similar challenges.
After making a career change and switching to freelance software development, I have started personal project of real-time operating system that brings some concepts from desktop all the way down to low-power embedded.
