Project coordinator at the Open Culture Foundation (OCF), focusing on integrating open tech and digital rights education into university and civil servant training programs, including through the board game "Open StarTer Village". Also works on advocating for open tech, encouraging the adoption of open source, open data, and open government principles within the government and among broader Taiwanese communities.
Involved in OCF projects connecting Taiwan’s Ministry of Digital Affairs (MoDA) and the localization (l10n) community, aiming to showcase Taiwan’s open-source contributions and promote civic tech and open-source tools in local communities.
A long-time contributor to COSCUP (Conference for Open Source Coders, Users, and Promoters), engaged in marketing and outreach efforts. Enjoys creating charming and engaging designs to inspire love for open source.
