Jochen Stärk
Jochen published his Open-Source e-Invoicing toolkit Mustangproject in 2014, added a validator 2018 and published the e-Invoice viewer Quba in 2022. He lives and works in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and refuses to be called an "Expert".
