Jorn Tuyls
Jorn is a Software Engineer working at AMD on MLIR-based open source AI software for Ryzen AI NPUs. He was part of the Xilinx acquisition by AMD and has extensive experience with the Xilinx AI Engine technology underpinning Ryzen AI, having contributed to a TVM-based compilation framework and high-performance GEMM kernels and designs for AI Engine applications. Jorn graduated from KU Leuven in Belgium in computer science and wrote a master's thesis in the field of hyperparameter tuning for machine learning models through Bayesian Optimization.
