From a practitioner as a software developer, founder of an agency for software development and operations, to interim manager of digital transformation. Sovereign and open source technologies were formative and guiding. Today, with openCode, he wants to set up the public sector infrastructure and platform in such a way that sustainable, sovereign and accelerated digitalization can succeed.
