Louis Vigneras
Louis Vigneras is a Sciences Po student in European affairs specialized in digital technologies and public policy. He is currently doing an apprenticeship at the Public Finance General Directorate (DGFiP) with the Nubo team which manages the inter-ministerial cloud of the French State. He is also the co-founder of Liber-IT, an association that endeavors to promote free software to students.
His primary interests lie in the political dimensions of technologies, especially concerning fundamental freedoms in the digital realm, and the ways in which free software can empower individuals, organizations, and governments.
Introduced to free software at a young age, he was captivated by the movement and has since dedicated himself to exploring its philosophical underpinnings, as well as deepening his understanding of the technical intricacies of the digital world.
