Michael Weinberg
Michael Weinberg is a long-time board member of the Open Source Hardware Association (OSHWA) and the project lead for OSHWA's open source hardware certification program.
In addition that, Michael is the Executive Director of the Engelberg Center on Innovation Law and Policy at the NYU School of Law. Before joining the Center he served as General Counsel at Shapeways, a 3D printing marketplace and service company, where he also oversaw strategic partnerships and developed new business initiatives. Prior to Shapeways Michael held a number of roles at Public Knowledge, a nonprofit public interest advocacy organization dedicated to representing consumers and the public interest in technology policy debates in Washington, DC.
