Serban Constantinescu

Serban spent over 13 years working on Android at Google and Arm. He contributed to porting Android to 64-bit and led product management for the Arm Memory Tagging, Android Runtime and Native, Android Memory Safety and Android Virtualization. In his last two years at Google he led Android's Longevity and Regulation programs, working closely with key Android OEMs and EU regulators.
In 2024, he left Google to co-found source.dev with fellow ex-Googler David Brazdil. Their mission is to make developing and maintaining device codebases more efficient through AI-native DevOps tooling.
