Severin Gehwolf
Severin Gehwolf lives in Austria and works as a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat. Severin splits his working life between OpenJDK and GraalVM development. He is the lead maintainer of OpenJDK 21 and worked on JEP 493 (part of JDK 24) over the past year. On the GraalVM side he maintains Mandrel - a distribution of GraalVM based on OpenJDK for use by Quarkus - together with his colleagues at Red Hat.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and likes to grow/plant/harvest random things around the house.
