Sylvain AZARIAN
Sylvain is the founder and technical director of SDR-Technologies SAS, a french SME developing and selling SDR devices for spectrum surveillance and COMINT. He is also known as F4GKR, licensed amateur radio operator, and the President of the IARU-R1 since 2021.
