Wladek Grabinski
Wladek Grabinski received his Ph.D. from ITE, Warsaw, in 1991. He has worked at ETHZ, EPFL, Motorola, and Freescale Semiconductor. Currently, he is an IHP OpenPDK consultant specializing in SPICE modeling, characterization, and parameter extraction for analog/RF IC applications. His research interests include high-frequency characterization, compact modeling, and Verilog-A standardization. He has authored over 50 papers and is actively involved in the MOS-AK Association since 1999
