Wouter Constant
Wouter Constant is a Dutch independent researcher in the area of ethics and technology with a degree in Economic History from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. His main interests lie in domain of distributed computing and free and open source software in general. In more recent times his focus has shifted towards Nostr specifically, an open internet protocol for publishing and social networking, where he leads a developer initiative to explore the possibilities of the new paradigm that this protocol introduces.
