His focus lies on the study of the innovative use of technology as a means to facilitate a wide array of social needs such as citizen participation, knowledge management, community building, social inclusion and more. Wouter has been using, implementing and developing for Drupal about two years now and has also just started his first year of teaching a Content Management Systems class at the Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen.
