After having been a Ruby developer for more than 10 years, I have finally crossed the chasm and entered the world of management with a single purpose: proving that it is possible to lead a thriving business while not engaging in any predatory practices when it comes to people.
I have a deeply rooted love for teaching and I have giving lectures at IPL during more than 8 years.
