Carlos Eduardo Arango Gutierrez
Eduardo is a Senior Software Engineer and computer scientist with broad experience and skills ranging from Academia to enterprise. Eduardo is a PhD in computer science (Focused on enabling Cloud Native technologies for HPC Systems), followed by 7 years in HPC and enterprise, as well as open source outstanding contributions. Eduardo has broad experience in Kubernetes, distributed systems, containers and performance benchmarking. Skills include software and scientific development in C and Go, Linux, cloud & distributed system administration and operations.
Eduardo also has proven expertise on user training with over more than 10 international tutorials and talks on industry leading events. Eduardo has experience leading projects from the architectural design to execution, managing partnerships and collaborations. Eduardo also serve as internal leader by mentoring other members interns and coworkers.
Eduardo has great public speaking skills. Eduardo spends his free time by volunteering on local meetups, organizing international events and contributing to upstream open source communities.
