Walter van Holst
Walter has been involved with open source and open standards policy since 2003. Most recently in his day job by having been involved with the Dutch COVID-19 apps, which have been developed in true open source fashion. In his free time he volunteers with Vrijschrift.org, a Dutch NGO that strives for freedom of expression and the right to tinker, as embodied in the public domain, free software and creative commons.
