Mira Kuntz
I originally studied Brewing and Beverage Technology at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). After completing my bachelor's degree with a thesis on flow cytometry, I enrolled for computer science in Freiburg. My professional career started in 2022 when I was hired as an administrator and DevOps engineer at Galaxy Europe. By working on distributed compute and open infrastructure, I actively contribute to the EuroScienceGateway initiative. Beyond tech, I like to grow all varieties of peppers, serve as the 2nd Chairwoman of Christopher Street Day Freiburg and manage a community-based database at transdb.de.
