I have been involved in public sector IT infrastructure for several years now, both from a civic tech / FOSS perspective and from within the public administration at Germany's digital transformation agency.
When it comes to the technical design of IT systems, I have a strong focus on how to apply privacy- and security-by-design principles on these systems and give thought to the social impacts of the IT infrastructure we are currently building in Germany and the EU.
